Payment of deductibles and co-payments are expected when services are rendered. Our administrative team prides itself in helping
our patients maximize their benefits. Please remember your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance
company. The patient is always responsible for the cost of treatment regardless of insurance coverage. We are always available
